Children Community Dance & Drum Classes
Do you want your child to be balanced creatively and socially? We have the place for them with African dance and drum classes for youth ages 3-16 years.
This eight-week session is a basic introduction to dance and music through age appropriate instruction and has proven to spark an interest in continued dance and music studies, as well as build brain power. This program has proven to build coordination, develop spatial awareness, improve self esteem and confidence and encourage physical fitness.
DAYS & TIME
Held weekly on Saturdays starting Sept 23rd 10:30am – 11:20am. Pre – registration is required before start day. Please complete the COVID waiver form when registering for classes for full participation.
WHAT TO BRING
- Dance participants should wear loose comfortable clothing and no stocking feet.
- Drum students should bring their own drum sticks or some can be ordered
